Army, NBRO and DMC officials inspect Kadugannawa earth-slips
November 13, 2021Sri Lanka Army troops, together with National Building Research Organization (NBRO) and Disaster Management Centre (DMC) officials inspected the earth-slips reported in the Kadugannawa area on Thursday (Nov 11).
Kadugannawa havoc hampering commuters on Kandy Road was reported following recent incessant rains.
Inspection teams have reached Pahala Kadugannawa rock precipice in order to inspect the geological erosion down below the mountain areas that were threatened with earth-slips, the SLA said.
