Secretary of the Security Council of Russia arrives to Sri Lanka
November 22, 2021Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev arrived in Sri Lanka on Monday (Nov 22).
Defence Secretary Gen. Kamal Gunaratne received the visiting high ranking Russian official at the Bandaranaike International Airport on Monday morning.
Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army, Commanders of the Navy and Air Force were also present at the airport to receive the visiting dignitary.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation HE Mr. Yury B. Materiy was present at the occasion.
