Army troops work to eradicate dengue in Jaffna
February 09, 2022Sri Lanka Army troops in Jaffna conducted a 4-day long cleaning and awareness campaign covering Jaffna town area recently, in line with the National Dengue prevention programme of the health authorities.
14 Gajaba Regiment troops of the Security Forces – Jaffna on the instructions of General Officer Commanding of 51 Division Maj. Gen. Chandana Wickramasinghe conducted the programme with the participation of Police and staff at the MOH offices in the peninsula, the Army sources said.
