Peripheral 28 Buddha Statues will be placed at Sandahiru Seya premises on 5 March
February 24, 2022The procession carrying the sacred 28 peripheral Buddha Statues to be placed at the Sandahiru Seya premises will commence its journey at 9.00 am on Friday (Mar 4).
The religious procession will begin its journey from Na Uyana Aranya Senasana in Melsiripura and it will reach Sandahiru Seya premises in Anuradhapura via Dambulla and Mihintale.
The placing ceremony will be held at Sandahiru Seya premises on Saturday (Mar 5) from 08.30 am onwards under the patronage of Defence Secretary Gen. Kamal Gunaratne.
