SL Air Force presents medical equipment to Akuressa Hospital
March 10, 2022Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) handed over a Heated Humidified Oxygen Therapy Unit (HHOT) to the Akuressa District Hospital recently. According to SLAF media, the HHOT produced by the Air Force was presented to the Director of the Hospital Dr . M. Vidanapathirana on Tuesday (Mar 08).
The medical equipment was presented in line with the International Women’s Day celebration by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit at SLAF Station Koggala with financial assistance provided by members of 306/A - 02 Lions’ Club Dehiwala, it says.
Air Force officers, hospital authorities and Lion’s Club representatives were also present at the handing over ceremony.
