Navy’s Logistics Conference 2022 held
April 25, 2022Sri Lanka Navy (SLN) held its Logistics Conference 2022 at the Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda Auditorium in Trincomalee last Saturday (Apr 23).
An e-journal related to logistics was launched during the conference. The awarding ceremony of Long Logistics Management (LLMC) Course No.6 was also held following the event.
SLN’s Director General of Logistics, Rear Admiral Nishantha De Silva graced the event as the Chief Guest.
Held under the theme ‘Opportunity of Revolutionary Logistics in Naval Context to Counter Challenges in Third Decade of Twenty First Century’ the conference was held as two sessions during where course participants presented their research papers, the SLN sources said.
Distinguished invitees, Senior Army, Navy and Police officers and a large number of student officers were also present at the event.
