SLAF water project facilitates Ahangama water-stressed residents
June 09, 2022Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) Station Koggala under the patronage of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit renovated a water project and vested it in the water-stressed residents of Ahangama Korahedigoda Tsunami village recently.
The project with a capacity to facilitate water requirement of 35 underprivileged families, marks the 33rd phase of ‘Guwan Mithudam’ in progress under the guidance of Seva Vanitha Unit Chairperson Charmini Pathirana.
Commanding Officer of the SLAF Station Koggala, Group Captain Thilina Rajapaksha, Divisional Secretary of Habaraduwa, Grama Niladhari of Korahedigoda ,Officers and airmen of the SLAF Station Koggala and villagers were present at the occasion.
