SL Navy gets new Chief of Staff
June 22, 2022His Excellency the President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has appointed Rear Admiral Upul De Silva as the Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy, with effect from June 21, 2022.
Rear Admiral De Silva received his letter of appointment from the Navy Commander Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne at the Navy Headquarters.
