Army troops donate blood for Kilinochchi patients
July 29, 2022Sri Lanka Army troops donated blood to save the lives of seriously ill patients in the Kilinochchi region responding to the request of Kilinochchi Hospital authorities recently.
During the blood donation programme, a total of 155 Army Officers and Other Ranks serving the 1 Corps HQ and its affiliated Logistics Units, 57 Division, 66 Division, 4 Military Intelligence Corps, B Squadron of 5 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps and a group of Kilinochchi Policemen contributed in the noble cause, the Army stated.
