Army troops donate blood to Thelippalai Patients in Jaffna
August 24, 2022Sri Lanka Army (SLA) troops in Jaffna donated their blood for patients receiving treatment at Thelippalai government hospital in the Jaffna peninsula after the Blood bank authorities requested for assistance.
Army personnel serving the 513 Brigade, 11 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI), 16 (Volunteer) Gemunu Watch, and civilians in the area volunteered in the donation, the SLA sources said.
