KDU Law Journal goes international
September 08, 2022Issue II of Volume 02 of the ‘Law Journal’ produced by the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) is scheduled to be released in September this year, the KDU said.
This ‘Law Journal’ is a peer reviewed biannual academic publication of the Faculty of Law and the Issue I of Volume 01 was launched in May, last year by the KDU Vice Chancellor Maj. Gen. Milinda Peiris and three issues have been published as of today, the KDU also said.
Further the KDU sources revealed it has been indexed in the HeinOnline database as a recognized scholarly publication since Aug 30 this year.
HeinOnline is a premier international online research platform containing original and authoritative legal sources for academics, law firms, corporations, and legal community all around the world.
The KDU Law Journal has been indexed internationally within a short span since its inception and it is the maiden KDU Journal which has been indexed internationally, the KDU added.
