- State Minister visits CSD
Making his first visit to the Civil Security Department (CSD) after assumption of duties, the State Minister of Defence, Hon. Premitha Bandara Tennakoon arrived at the CSD Headquarters in Moratuwa yesterday (22).
Director General of CSD Maj. Gen. Ranjan Lamahewage received the State Minister on his arrival.
A briefing on the CSD’s duties was held covering its future work plans during the discussion and afterwards State Minister Tennakoon praised the CSD for its immense contribution to the country’s development and economy.
The State Minister also planted a tree sapling at the CSD Headquarters premises during the visit.
