SLCG Rear HQ welcomes an Australian Delegation
October 06, 2022An Australian delegation of the Australian high commission paid a call on Sri Lanka Coast Guard Rear Headquarters (SLCG RHQ) at Wellawatte yesterday (Oct 05) and had a discussion.
The delegation consisted of First Secretary Inspector Brett Zehnder of the Australian Border Force (ABF), Inspector Rebecca Fraser, Inspector Stathi Vamvoulidis, and ABF Coordinator Ms. Shashika Perera, the SLCG sources stated.
The discussion mainly focused on providing assistance to improve the infrastructure facilities at the Kirinda Advanced Training Centre and enhancing the capacity building of the SLCG, the SLCG added.
SLCG Director General and the Commanding Officer attended the meeting with the Australian delegation.
