Coast Guard Ship Suraksha Cleans Galle Face Beach
October 22, 2022Sri Lanka Coast Guard Ship Suraksha organizing series of events in view of her 5th anniversary which was celebrated on Oct 21 this year, conducted a beach cleaning programme at the Galle Face beach recently.
Being an accountable authority to protect the marine environment, the Suraksha team successfully concluded the beach cleaning programme in order to help the smooth functioning of marine eco system which has been endangered due to reckless disposes of plastic, polythene and other harmful debris to the ocean.
