European Union Election Monitoring Mission delegation meets Secretary
November 01, 2019Mr. Manuel Amarilla, Security Expert of the European Union Election Monitoring Mission (EU EOM) -2019 met the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, General (Retd) SHS Kottegoda, WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc, for a discussion at the Ministry, today (01 November 2019).
Senior Deputy Inspector General in charge of election affairs, Mr. Jagath Abeysirigunawardene, Military Liaison Officer, Brigadier TJ Kodithuwakku and Deputy Military Liaison Officer, Brigadier DMAP Dissanayake were also present at the occasion.
