Navy Commander calls on Secretary Defence
November 21, 2019The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva made a call on the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Major General (Rtd) Kamal Gunaratne WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc MPhil at the Ministry, today (21 November 2019) .
During the cordial meeting, the Navy Commander extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Secretary Defence.
Mementos were also exchanged during the occasion.
