New NCC Director calls on Defence Secretary
December 13, 2019The newly appointed Director of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), Major General (Retd) Ruwan Kulatunga made a call on the Defence Secretary Maj. Gen (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne at the Ministry, today (10 December 2019).
Mementos were also exchanged during the meeting to mark the occasion.
