Sri Lanka’s Permanent Representative to UN meets Defence Secretary
January 02, 2020Sri Lanka’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Kshenuka Senewiratne made a call on the Defence Secretary Maj. Gen. (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne at his office, today (02).
Defence Secretary and Ambassador Senewiratne had cordial discussion on a range of issues during the meeting.
Ambassador Senewiratne is a former Secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs and had also served as the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Thailand from 2015 to 2019, while being concurrently accredited to Laos.
