Navy Commander calls on the Secretary
January 04, 2019The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva made a call on the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Mr. Hemasiri Fernando, today (04 January 2019).
During the meeting a cordial discussion was held between the Secretary and the Navy Commander.
Mementos were also exchanged during the occasion.
